Hilary Hawley

Hilary started her career in the marketing department at the Vollrath company and then began working at Windway Capital as a Special Projects Coordinator.  Currently, she in the Chief Investment Officer at Windway. HIlary obtained a Bachelor's Degree from St. John's College and an MBA from Marquette University. 

Previously, she has served on the board of the Sheboygan Jaycees and Nourish Farms and worked with SEAS (Sailing Education Association of Sheboygan).  ​ Her primary interests are reading, art, cooking, and fussing ​over her houseplants.

"I think protecting our environment is one of the most important things that we can do, partly in order to protect our earth and keep it healthy, but also to keep the beauty and peace of nature accessible to everyone. I really value that even though I live in downtown Milwaukee there are so many beautiful preserved lands that I can take my son to experience. My son is such a budding naturalist so it's important to me to be able to set an example for how we can be responsible stewards of the earth. "
