Kaitlynn Kiela
Kaitlynn has been teaching mindfulness and yoga since 2010. She enjoys practices that can immerse in the surrounding environment, and the practice of conservation lends itself so well to to our own pathways of healing and understanding. There is always an impact from making time for a mindful practice, whether it's simply giving yourself a little bit a space, or learning more about your own observations and the connection you have to yourself, or the connection you have to the world around you. Kaitlynn recently learned of a family link to Glacial Lakes Conservancy, and has an uncle who served as a founding member. She is excited to follow that pathway to GLC and see what is in store for the next generation.
